Goddess Delight BellyDance Troupe

 Goddess Delight

We are the embodiment and realization of Yelena’s vision; to express the joy and beauty of life through the expression of dance. She has brought together 6 women from diverse backgrounds to bring that vision to life with a blend and fusion of many belly dance styles. As a troupe, we are so appreciative of the many different and beautiful qualities each of us has brought to our dancing and of the opportunity to perform together at many different venues throughout New England for more than 4 years.

Yelena

Picture
Yelena has been belly dancing since 2004 when it became her true Passion.  She perceives it as a Healing Art.  All the beauty, power, and intricate aspects of this ageless art form are embraced by her and incorporated into her choreography, hoping to uplift empower and enhance the life force energy of everybody around her.  As a teacher she feels so blessed and privileged to have such a wonderful, warmhearted group of belly dancers  to support and encourage her to move forward, learn more, and truly experience the JOY and BLISS in life.

She prefers different styles of belly dance like fusion and American Cabaret with a growing interest in Egyptian. The dance helps her to gain self-esteem and confidence. Experience, inspiration and motivation are gained from short-term instructions through workshops with world reknown and local belly dancers.
